Reporting & Financial Control Analyst (Temp)

Purpose of the Role:

The candidate will support the FP&A team on preparing accurate and timely financial reports, cost control, and performance analysis within an international environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, experience working with international companies, and fluency in English. This role requires collaboration across various departments to ensure financial integrity and support business decision-making.

Responsibilities:

1. Support global financial reporting and consolidation processes.
2. Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting and budgeting processes.
3. Monitor and analyse cost variances and provide insights on financial performance and implement cost control measures to ensure budget adherence.
4. Work closely with different budget owners to identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.
5. Ensure accurate allocation of costs and track cost-saving initiatives.
6. Coordinate financial activities across multiple international subsidiaries and regions.
7. Ensure compliance with international financial regulations and standards.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in FP&A, cost control, or related finance roles, preferably within an international environment.
3. Advanced data analytical skills, with experience using tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or similar.
4. Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and financial reporting software.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
