Your mission:

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely reporting of financial statements, in full compliance with PepsiCo’s financial policies and local statutory requirements. Your work will be key to maintaining data integrity, supporting decision-making, and meeting internal and external reporting standards.

Responsibilities

Your day to day with us:

1. Ensure accurate accounting, analysis, and reporting in line with US GAAP and local accounting standards.
2. Prepare monthly corporate reporting in HFM and support additional requests from regional and sector teams.
3. Coordinate regularly with the Europe Reporting team to align on reporting requirements and validate any changes.
4. Analyze P&L performance vs. forecast and prior year, identifying and explaining key variances.
5. Lead balance sheet reviews, including reconciliations, risk identification, and opportunity analysis.
6. Monitor operating cash flow and explain key movements and changes.
7. Support internal and external audits by providing clear documentation and transaction explanations.

Qualifications

What will you need to succeed?

1. 1–2 years of experience in Accounting, Audit, or other Financial areas.
2. Educational background in Business Administration, Economics, or a degree in Accounting/Finance.
3. Fluent level of Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
4. Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; comfortable working with digital tools.
5. Sharp analytical mindset, with great attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
