The Renewal Sales Program Manager Role
Are you passionate about driving sales efficiency and maximizing customer retention? As a Renewal Sales Program Manager, you'll play a key role in optimizing and executing programs that enhance the effectiveness of our Global Renewal Sales Organization.
You’ll develop and manage renewal sales playbooks, policies, incentive structures, and communication strategies—helping create a seamless and high-impact renewal process.

How you will make an impact:
- Increase Efficiency & Consistency: Develop structured renewal playbooks and policies that simplify processes and improve execution.
- Drive Performance & Retention: Optimize sales programs and incentives to enhance renewal rates and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure Compliance & Best Practices: Manage a Quality Management System (QMS) to maintain adherence to renewal strategies and compliance standards.
- Empower Teams with the Right Tools: Maintain and improve the renewal resource hub, making it easier for teams to access critical resources and training.
- Leverage Data for Decision-Making: Analyze performance metrics to assess program effectiveness and continuously refine strategies.
We’re looking for a teammate with:
- 3-5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Renewals, Revenue Operations, or Program Management within a SaaS or technology company.
- Strong understanding of renewal sales processes, playbook development, and sales strategy execution.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Finance teams.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with experience in tracking, measuring, and optimizing sales programs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Clari, and other sales enablement tools is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
