We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a Renewal Operations Specialist. This position is focused on supporting the renewal process and ensuring timely, efficient contract renewals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage renewal pipelines, and ensure accurate reporting. Key Responsibilities:

On-Time Renewal Closure:

1. Ensure the renewal contracts are closed on or before their designated renewal dates, actively working to prevent delays and avoid rolling renewals into future periods.
2. Track, report, and analyze monthly and quarterly renewal completion rates, identifying potential bottlenecks to ensure timely renewals.

Renewal Pipeline Management:

1. Maintain an accurate, up-to-date renewal pipeline in SFDC, proactively identifying and resolving potential delays to streamline the renewal process.
2. Regularly review pipeline data to improve accuracy and reduce the number of renewals extending beyond their intended period.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

1. Serve as the main point of contact for Sales, Customer Success, and Order Management teams on renewal processing, providing timely information, resolving issues, and addressing inquiries.
2. Facilitate effective teamwork and communication, ensuring a smooth renewal experience for all internal stakeholders and a high level of support.

Reduction of Field Team Inquiries:

1. Proactively reduce renewal-related questions from the field team by directing them to well-documented resources, leveraging training materials and FAQs.
2. Track the volume and nature of field team inquiries, using feedback to improve documentation clarity and effectiveness.

Qualifications & Skills:

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (preferred but not required).
2. Ability to manage data and deadlines with high accuracy.
3. Ability to organize and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional coordination.
5. Proactive in identifying potential issues and resolving them to prevent delays.
6. Ability to work effectively with teams across departments to ensure timely renewals.
7. Technical Skills (Preferred but not required):
1. Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) or similar CRM tools.
2. Familiarity with CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) tools.
3. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and analysis.
8. Previous experience in a business operations, sales, or customer service role is a plus.
