Location: Murcia, Region of Murcia, ES
This role is 100% remote for someone with an E-COMMERCE background and fluent SPANISH and some conversational MANDARIN! You will be working with the Spain-based team of one of the fastest-growing e-commerce businesses in the world. Your job is to research, locate, and engage with new suppliers and vendors with new products that will be sold on the site.

You must have an e-commerce background and an established network of sellers/vendors, and be able to leverage your knowledge of what sells/what doesn’t, and which vendors are the most reliable and offer the best-in-class service and product spread. This role is very well paid and there is an excellent career path for the right person.

TITLE: 100% Remote Spanish Mandarin E-commerce Business Development Manager
SALARY: €80,000-€120,000 per annum + excellent Benefits
LOCATION: 100% remote role based anywhere in SPAIN
LANGUAGE REQUIRED: Fluent SPANISH, fluent English, and Mandarin

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE: Vendor management (local seller network)

The company is looking to attract small independent retailers to the site in order to increase consumer choice and enhance the e-tailers' selling opportunity.

DUTIES:

1. Research, develop, and initiate conversations with merchandise partners, manufacturers, and brands with a view to them putting their goods on the e-commerce platform.
2. Help merchandise partners establish their presence on the e-commerce platform.
3. Help vendors develop business plans (e.g., market positioning, product planning, brand marketing, and logistics).
4. Conduct market research and gain an understanding of what customers are buying online.
5. Assist your vendors with plans to help them cope with logistics during high-demand periods such as Christmas.
6. Undertake data analysis of consumer trends.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Fluent SPANISH, Mandarin & English.
2. E-commerce experience.
3. An established network of relationships with local sellers in SPAIN.
