Remote - Customer growth internship in Madrid

Our collaborator is the first Marketplace of shows and artistic experiences in Spain.

As a creative organization, they have been working with almost any kind of customer. They share a strong interest and passion for creativity being a focus to understand customer needs.

What You Will Do As An Intern

1. Company search (concert and artists for concerts) and streaming
2. Internet search for content related to artists, music, concerts, theater ...
3. To look after customers and generate loyalty through excellent service
4. To take initiative independently, with a Yes attitude, and to create solutions to challenges.

Requirements

1. Minimum 3 months
2. Good communication skills, verbal and written, in English
3. Strong organization skills.
4. Great attitude and eager to learn
