SAP Authorization Specialist

Location : C / Julian Camarillo, Madrid, Spain (Hybrid - 2 days per week in the office)

Working Hours : Start within 3PM – 8PM natural days

Key Responsibilities :

1. Collaborate with the team to maintain and improve SAP Authorization for the EMEA Region.
2. Perform SAP role reengineering to ensure effective role management across the region.
3. Maintain the authorization model in EMEA with a primary focus on SAP systems.
4. Provide support to various business units in case of authorization errors, define new roles, and implement changes in the background.
5. Conduct analytical role mining and access rights analysis to enhance security and access management.
6. Apply Segregation of Duties (SoD) requirements in the company's enterprise applications, as defined by Internal Control functions.
7. Resolve audit, risk, and security issues related to security and authorizations within the SAP application landscape.

Required Qualifications :

1. University degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Mathematics, or Physics.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience working with SAP Authorization (ECC, HR, Gateway, Fiori, Solution Manager, CUA, etc.).
3. At least 3 years of experience performing SAP role reengineering.
4. Proficiency in written and oral English is required; Spanish is nice to have.

Nice to Have :

1. Knowledge of SAP GRC (SoD), SAP IAG, SAP BASIS, and SAP CDC (CIAM) is highly valued.
2. Certification in identity-related technologies is a plus.
3. Additional languages such as French, Arabic, German, or other languages used in the regions we operate in would be an advantage.
