Now, we’re looking for a Client Success Manager to be the go-to person for client relationships, on-boarding, and retention. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring client satisfaction, problem-solving, and identifying growth opportunities to help brands succeed.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
2. Oversee the on-boarding process for new clients.
3. Identify and address client needs and concerns.
4. Develop strategies for client retention and growth.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Proven experience in client management or a similar role.
2. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify growth opportunities.
