Tasks

• Manage leads in our in-house CRM.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with national and international clients.
• Carry out visits to the properties.
• Participate in negotiations between owners and buyers.
• Support and consultancy to clients.
• Ensure that Luxinmo's image and work ethic is followed at all times.
• Collaboration with the rest of the sales and marketing team to optimise all property acquisition and sales processes.

Requirements

• Proven Real Estate Experience
• Fluency in both English and Spanish and fluency in French or German.
• Sales Acumen. We are seeking individuals with a profound desire to sell and exceptional negotiation skills.
