Job Description

As a Customer Support Agent, you will interact with customers and help them with their queries. They will be representing the company, so they must have a dynamic and responsible character, as well as the ability to work in shifts.

Responsibilities

  1. Effective communication with clients in the designated language.
  2. A strong emphasis on quality, with special attention to detail and precision.
  3. Provide an exceptional customer experience and solve problems on the first contact.
  4. Resolve product and service issues by clarifying customer complaints, determining the source of problems, identifying and explaining the best course of action, and following up to ensure resolution.
  5. Respond to customer inquiries via Webchat, email, and phone in a timely and professional manner.
  6. Escalate requests when needed.
  7. Thoroughly investigate player concerns.
  8. Promote a "Safe Play" philosophy.
  9. Stay up-to-date on licensing rules, processes, and needs.
  10. Contribute to the collective effort by achieving the necessary results.
  11. Go above and beyond when interacting with customers.
  12. Participation in Onboarding Programs.

What we are looking for :

  1. Fluent in English and Spanish.
  2. Proven customer service expertise is appreciated, but not required, as the company provides comprehensive in-house training.
  3. Strong communication / public relations along with active listening skills is required.
  4. Customer orientation and adapt their responses to different situations.
  5. Skill required to work on computers and typing.
  6. Ability to work under pressure.
  7. Responsibility and perfectionist.
