WorkFlex is a B2B SaaS platform that enables employers to allow their employees to work from anywhere without facing any compliance risks. We have 200+ clients using WorkFlex already, including Scout24, Biontech, Vodafone, Flix, and others. Together with the team, you will contribute to growing our team, clients and ARR by 5x within the next few quarters.
We are looking for a German speaking Customer Success Manager who will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing a portfolio of 50-70 customers. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure on-point onboarding, customer satisfaction, drive adoption, and foster long-term partnerships that lead to retention and expansion. You will leverage your expertise in customer success, project management, and industry best practices to deliver exceptional results and drive customer value.
