• Exhibit a trustworthy and approachable personality with exceptional customer service skills and work ethic.
• Conduct thorough and accurate property valuations using market analysis, on-site visits, and advanced technology.
• Demonstrate high-level sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Stay updated on real estate market trends, legislation, and zoning regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships within the sector, creating networks of potential buyers to accelerate sales.
• Be proficient in MS Office and fluent in English.
