Overview of the Global Internship Program :

What does the internship program entail?

You will participate in a variety of programs including but not limited to wellness initiatives, team building activities, networking events, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) initiatives. These experiences will help you develop both personally and professionally.

As a HR Intern, you’ll spend the summer with our Global Human Resources team, working closely with the HR Operations team and Talent Acquisition team supporting US & EMEA, assisting with various day-to-day people-related matters and HR activities.

Additionally, your role will entail active collaboration with the Global HR team members. This collaboration will be crucial in driving IPC's business strategies and shaping the overall employee experience through our diverse range of people programs and processes.

This is a high-energy international team, that thrives on managing multiple priorities, work streams and stakeholders. Every day brings fresh challenges and exciting opportunities!

  • Administrative support : to employees across the AMERS & EMEA region.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding : assist the onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain employee files : maintain accurate employee files for current and former employees.
  • HRIS System : support the team with the systems updates (Oracle cloud).
  • Supporting IPC's People Programs : Professional Development, Diversity and Inclusion, Wellness, Reward and Recognition and more.
  • Recruitment Process : assist the Talent Acquisition team with the recruitment process : Job posting, CV screening and interview scheduling.
  • Employee Experience : assist with planning of employee events, and support coordination of Town Halls and other initiatives for HR and the Executive Team.
  • HR material : support review and development of internal HR materials and policies.

Essential Skills and Experience to be Successful in the Role :

  • Be in your last year of a bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources or related field.
  • Ability to work successfully in a high-energy, fast paced, rapidly changing environment.
  • Comfortable managing multiple work streams and time-critical projects.
  • Experience working in Human Resources in either the US or European Region will be highly desired.
  • Experience working in fast-paced corporate environments.
  • Experience using HRIS Systems, such as Oracle Cloud.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with focus on details.
  • Comfortable navigating through ambiguous and ever-changing situations.

Additional Information :

At IPC, we believe that hybrid working creates an inclusive, flexible environment where employees can perform at their best, and teams can collaborate, innovate, and celebrate successes together. We spend around 60% of our time in the office and around 40% of our time working remotely. Some individuals may be required to work from the office or client sites more than 60% of the time, if required by their role and / or client needs.

Your precise work schedule will be determined by you, your Line Manager and HR before commencement of your internship program with IPC.
