Tasks

Your Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and guide the R&D team in creating new high voltage components (cable accessories) and improving existing products.
2. Manage the complete product development process, from initial concept to final production, ensuring adherence to technical standards and meeting customer requirements.
3. Work closely with sales, project management, production, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of new products.
4. Keep abreast of industry developments, technical standards, and regulatory guidelines to ensure both compliance and innovation.
5. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging the exploration of new ideas and technologies.
6. Formulate and implement R&D strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
7. Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, presenting updates on projects, research outcomes, and strategic plans.

Requirements

Your Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related field.
2. Significant experience in designing high voltage products, particularly cable accessories.
3. Demonstrated success in leading an R&D team within a global context.
4. Deep understanding of industry standards and technical regulations for cable accessories.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic approach.
6. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
7. Proven ability to inspire and guide a team to meet project objectives and deadlines.
8. Fluency in German and English is mandatory.
