We are seeking an ambitious CFO or a high-performing Finance Director, VP of Finance, or Senior Finance Leader eager to step into a strategic CFO role and drive financial growth at a global scale. Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Strategy & Leadership: Develop a financial strategy to support global expansion and tech integration. Lead the finance team, ensuring financial sustainability and profitability. Advise the CEO, aligning financial planning with company objectives.
2. Operations & Automation: Oversee cash flow, budgeting, and financial reporting across multiple locations. Automate workflows with tools like QuickBooks & Monday.com. Maintain tax compliance and implement SOPs for scalability.
3. Risk & Growth Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks tied to global expansion and technology adoption. Establish strong internal controls and long-term problem-solving frameworks. Lead fundraising efforts, investor relations, and financial model development.
4. Integrator Responsibilities: Align financial, operational, and tech strategies across all departments. Optimize processes for efficiency and scalability. Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs).

What We're Looking For

1. Proven Leadership: CFO or senior financial leader with experience in high-growth, multi-location businesses.
2. Strategic Thinker: Ability to scale financial models while balancing profitability.
3. Tech-Savvy: Experience with automation, financial systems, and ERP integration.
4. Clear Communicator: Fluent in English & Spanish, proactive in keeping teams aligned.
5. Growth-Oriented: Ready to take on Integrator responsibilities as we scale.

Qualifications

1. Master's in Finance or Accounting preferred.
2. 5+ years in financial leadership.
3. Expertise in financial planning, fundraising, tax compliance, and international finance.
4. Proficiency in QuickBooks (preferred) and ERP systems.

1. Fixed salary 50k + Performance-based bonuses (up to 120k)
