Quality Assurance Engineer

We are currently looking for a QA Specialist with 3+ years of experience to join our growing team in Málaga to help us establish and lead our testing strategy from the ground up. Job Overview:

As a QA Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will be responsible for designing and executing manual and automated tests, validating implementations before release, and ensuring compliance with performance and accessibility standards. Additionally, you will define and maintain testing frameworks and tools, collaborate closely with developers to automate testing processes, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our QA strategy.

What you will do:

• Design and implement manual & automated testing strategies for our C# & Angular applications.
• Automate tests to support continuous releases and improve deployment efficiency.
• Ensure performance testing and accessibility compliance are part of our QA process.
• Select and introduce the best testing tools & frameworks for our needs.
• Work with Azure DevOps for test management, CI/CD pipelines, and bug tracking.
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to validate features before release.
• Participate in Agile meetings (Dailies, Sprint Reviews, Retros, etc.).

What we are looking for:

• 3-4+ years of QA experience, with a strong focus on test automation.
• Familiarity with C# and Angular testing strategies.
• Hands-on experience with QA tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Postman, or similar.
• Knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, k6, LoadRunner).
• Experience with Azure DevOps for test planning, tracking, and automation is a big plus.
• Strong communication skills in English (our team and customers are UK/Ireland-based).
• Experience working in Agile environments alongside developers.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to details.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
