What You Will Be Doing

• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for functional and regression testing.
• Design and implement test cases to ensure the quality of software products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test strategies and ensure that requirements are met.
• Perform SQL queries to validate and manipulate data for backend testing.
• Identify, track, and report software defects to ensure timely resolution.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by enhancing test frameworks and processes.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and daily standups to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.

What You Will Need to Succeed in This Role

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a QA Engineer with a focus on test automation.
• Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar.
• Proficiency in writing SQL queries for database testing and validation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering high-quality software.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Experience with API testing (e.g., Postman).
• Knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
