ABOUT THE ROLE
As an International Recruiter, your main responsibility is to attract, source, and hire qualified candidates for positions across different markets. You will collaborate with various departments and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
The International Recruiter plays a crucial role to support our ambitious expansion plan by building a diverse and talented workforce to meet the organization's goals.
Main Responsibilities:
- Utilize different sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and partnerships to identify and attract a diverse pool of talent.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments and interviews.
- Build and maintain a network of international candidates and industry professionals.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create comprehensive recruitment plans.
- Conduct market research to identify key talent pools and competitor landscapes.
- Provide a positive candidate experience and act as a brand ambassador for the organization.
- Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and awareness to effectively engage with candidates from diverse backgrounds.
ABOUT YOU
Passionate about sourcing, identifying and hiring candidates for job positions that require an international or cross-border perspective. Your main role involves understanding the needs of the company and finding candidates who possess the skills, qualifications, and cultural fit required for success in an international context. An enthusiastic and proactive professional, that builds collaborative relationships with teammates and external partners, and has a desire to learn and grow with us.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology and/or Human Resources Management, or a related field.
- You have demonstrated 5 to 7 years of experience as an international recruiter or similar role.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English. Other languages are an advantage.
- Proven experience with global talent acquisition tools and technologies.
- Ability to build strong collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders, including HR, hiring managers, and department heads, to understand hiring needs and priorities.
- Proactive, flexible to collaborate in very changing, fast-paced and constantly evolving projects.
- Your approach to work is autonomous and transparent.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Humble and approachable, you are a team player, that always puts the team goals above your personal interests.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
