Role

We are looking for an experienced Publisher Account Manager to join our Ad Network Team. As an Account Manager, you will have a focus on driving new business and increasing revenue for the Ad Network Team. You will be searching for new publishers and market opportunities, but also managing an account portfolio right from the start. This position will be responsible for developing and managing effective relationships with publishers at Adnation. This includes evaluating current publishers, advertisers, identifying and recruiting new publishers, as well as improving the current publisher portfolio.

You understand the general performance needs of online advertisers and publishers and you are able to grow the company's market share worldwide:

  4. Strong team player and contributor.
  5. Over-achiever, result-oriented and highly motivated.
  6. Previous experience as a media buyer, sales manager, or publisher manager is valued.

Responsibilities

  1. Being active on Search Engines, Skype, Telegram, and Social Networks to identify opportunities and leads.
  2. Drive all phases of the sales lifecycle for potential publishers: identify and develop leads, qualify leads, understand client needs, develop the value proposition, structure deals, negotiate deal points, negotiate terms and conditions, and close.
  3. Create and maintain a Sales Pipeline using a CRM system.
  4. Build credibility and provide a leading experience for publishers.
  5. Detect publisher’s needs quickly and effectively.
  6. Support publishers for account-related requests in coordination with other departments (sales, compliance, finance, technical, etc).
  7. Recommend best ad formats, features, and optimization practices.
  8. Identify growth opportunities for existing accounts in order to scale publisher revenue.
  9. Analyse and interpret statistical reports effectively.
  10. Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue goals and KPIs.
  11. Keep up to date with the latest market news and industry trends.

Requirements

  1. 2+ years experience in online sales/digital marketing (Media Buyer, Sales Manager, Publisher Manager).
  2. Perfect knowledge of the different online pricing models (CPM, CPC, CPV, CPA, etc).
  3. A minimum of technical skills (HTML, JavaScript tags, Analytics tools, etc).
  4. Hands-on attitude and a good communicator.
  5. Ability to make decisions with little or no guidance when required.
  6. Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
  7. Fluent in English, written and spoken (other languages will be highly valued).
  8. Good understanding and personal interest in online marketing and digital trends.
  9. Advanced use of Microsoft Office Products / Google Docs Editors.
