Opportunity for a Public Law Attorney with a Specialization in Urban Planning!

The Green Recruitment Company is in the search for a legal professional with experience in Administrative Law, with a focus on Urban Planning and knowledge in energy, public procurement, and / or environmental regulations.

Main Responsibilities :

• Provide legal advice on urban planning matters nationwide.
• Oversee and coordinate legal aspects of energy projects, including photovoltaic parks, storage, hydrogen, and self-consumption initiatives.
• Assess and manage administrative and regulatory procedures.
• Support public procurement processes and environmental regulations.
• Draft legal reports, appeals, and litigation documents.

Desired Profile :

• Plus 5 years of experience in urban planning law, energy law, public procurement, or environmental law.
• Strong knowledge of applicable urban and energy legislation.
• Ability to analyze legal risks and propose effective solutions.
• Excellent organizational and decision-making skills.
• Advanced level of English; knowledge of other languages, such as German, is a plus.
