Job Overview : We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Provider Growth Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in expanding our network of healthcare providers. You will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new providers, ensuring they are a perfect fit for our culture and mission.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provider Insights : Identify and reach out to qualified healthcare providers who align with Wellnite’s mission and values.
• Onboarding : Guide new providers through the onboarding process, ensuring they are well-equipped to start delivering exceptional care through our platform.
• Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with providers, addressing their needs and concerns to foster long-term partnerships.
• Data Analysis : Utilize data to track recruitment progress, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize provider acquisition strategies.
• Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Operations, and Customer Support, to ensure a seamless experience for providers.
• Process Improvement : Continuously evaluate and improve provider recruitment and onboarding processes to increase efficiency and provider satisfaction.

Qualifications :

• Experience : Previous experience in customer discovery, early stage startups and healthcare management, or a related field is preferred.
• Skills : Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Tech-Savvy : Comfortable using recruitment tools, CRM software, and data analysis platforms.
• Self-motivated : Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
