How will you contribute to PropHero?

Your mission will be to lead and develop the Sales Departments at PropHero in Spain, you will be a leader and a multiplier for the Sales Team, ensuring they have all the tools, resources and abilities to reach the objectives.

Your success in this mission will be stellar if you develop the following roles and contributions:

  1. Be a TOP Head of Sales.
    • Build strong relationships with mortgage brokers and financial advisors. Bonus to partnering with top tech businesses to bring sales and for branding purpose.
    • Bring direct sales from your own network.
    • Own the Ambassador Program and take it to the next level.
    • Set up the processes to scale, coordinating efforts with operations and tech and with the different Country Managers to assist them with their targets and with their sales.
    • Working together with the Marketing & Operations team to enhance the sales funnel and provide continuity to qualified leads.
    • Lead the sales operations in current and upcoming markets according to the company's strategy.
    • Own the Sales Targets for the Company.
    • Definition and monitoring of the objectives to achieve the strategy.
    • Investigate and implement sales tools to improve and optimize sales performance.
  2. Be a TOP People Lead
    • Become a great leader for the Sales Managers, to help them reach their full potential and targets - includes recruiting and training the new Sales Managers to onboard.
    • Set up an appropriate Sales Team Structure and help define the Company targets and for each Country.
    • Definition of procedures, guidelines and internal workflows for the sales area to make sure goals are exceeded.
    • Lead initiatives, actions, and projects through the sales team and across the organization for a better customer impact.
    • Coaching sales team with the best practices and promoting communication culture. Share to grow together!
    • Scale the current and future team structure. Their growth will be your growth.

You will have done a great job if you manage to:

  • Reach and outperform the Company targets.
  • The sales team receives a constant flow of qualified leads and we constantly improve the CPA.

What will make you succeed with us?

  1. 4+ years of experience in a Sales role in a fast-paced environment, leading, creating, and building strong and potential teams.
  2. 2+ years of experience in Digital environments. We are a digital platform, working in a digital ecosystem and fully remote, although we have hubs in different countries.
  3. Creative Vision and Criteria. Have a creative vision and criteria to be able to provide communication that leaves a mark on the community and the ecosystem.
  4. Results Oriented. Your objective is to reach the Company targets, let’s make it happen.
  5. Proactivity and Autonomy. PropHero operates in a changing ecosystem, which implies being able to adapt easily, being agile in reactions, and having a positive and proactive attitude.
  6. Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail.
  7. Native English. PropHero communicates and operates in the English language. Moreover, this person will need to engage with clients, local real estate agents and business partners.
  8. Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills. You will need to communicate correctly with the team, suppliers and other stakeholders in order to develop every operation and explore new partnerships / opportunities.
  9. Optimism and excitement for your work, a love for the next big challenge, and a passion for business impact as there will be plenty of opportunities.
