Project Manager Trainee

On a monthly basis, WEEWOO connects with over 70 million active users around the world through our portfolio of over 300 mobile products. We are looking for an experienced Motion & Graphic Designer to help us take our creative output to the next level.

The specialist will be responsible for managing the operational and strategic aspects of the design and creativity department, providing support to other teams in audiovisual production, graphic design, and creativity for the Marketing, ASO / CRO, and Product teams. The goal of this role is to create a production chain for advertising campaigns and audiovisual productions, leveraging both internal and external AI tools to provide creative support to business teams to meet their objectives.

Role :

• Design and layout of graphic pieces and videos within digital stores.
• Analysis and definition of the global design strategy to apply to the company’s products to increase conversion and viral impact across all applications in the store.
• Market and competition analysis to identify opportunities.
• Coordination with User Acquisition, Product, and ASO / CRO departments for common growth and optimization strategies.
• Analysis and definition of A / B Test strategies (images, videos, logos, icons, screens, descriptions) to improve CTR and CR for ads and organic content of apps and games.
• Monitoring and analysis of key metrics that affect visibility and conversion to create reports for management for joint decision-making.

Profile :

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in creating creatives for online advertising campaigns (eCommerce, Apps, Websites...).
• Studies related to graphic design (Art, Design, Animation, Editing...).
• Tools: Runway, Freepik, Creatify, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Sony Vegas, Final Cut, Adobe XD, Figma, Procreate, Unity, Blender.
• Experience and knowledge of color, typography, and brand identity.
• Strong self-management and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Proactivity and willingness to learn.
• High level of English (B2-C1).
• Knowledge of AI tool management.
• Must have residency in Madrid. The job offer is fully on-site (Nuevos Ministerios, Madrid).
