Our client is a tech, fast-growing company that has developed a top product (cloud-based CRM platform which includes several integrated products for Marketing Automation, Sales and Customer Support) that is revolutionizing the Hostelry & Tourism industry by boosting clients' ROI. Their challenge is not a business challenge (as they are well positioned in the market, with a huge room to grow) but an operability and scalability one (People, Processes and Talent are key). The mid-term Strategic Plan includes duplicating the current team (in Europe, US & Latam) and for that end, we are hiring a highly motivated Project Manager to grow within the company by demonstrating skills to become an Operations Director. Growth, yes, but enjoying the “meantime” through Balance & Positive Impact!
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the CTO (who is one of the Founders of the company) but directly involved in the company strategy by holding a leadership role, you will have cross-team functions and management responsibilities within the Software Development, Sales, Connectivity, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Executive teams.
- Manage multiple company projects, product roadmap, and (development) teams using agile methodologies. 5 people.
- Design, organize, and document business processes.
- Create and improve frameworks, processes, and systems.
- Manage and organize the company Jira.
- Track and report business KPIs.
- Knowledge transfer across the organization.
REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with at least 5 years of experience within the Software industry (software applications/products development) using Agile methodologies. Technical Skills & Knowledge required:
- Product Development / Product Management methodologies: Jira, Scrum, Git, Kanban, Process mapping, Lean methodologies.
- Technical background, having developed software/code but with a Product/Technical/Management orientation.
- Languages: Full professional proficiency or Bilingual Spanish & English (At least, C1 Level).
- Personal & Soft Skills: A challenger looking for personal and professional growth, passionate about service, process improvement, learning, and technology, you will need strong leadership, organizational, and management skills. Self-driven, dynamic, energetic, flexible, and proactive nature. To build a culture like this, you will need 2 values: Long-term Commitment (3-5 years if not more) & Responsibility (we need people able to manage flexibility and freedom in a professional way, with your own responsibilities and goals always in mind, able to work independently and as part of a team - which is driven by honesty/integrity).

- Salary & Conditions: Excellent Salary Package (45.-65.€ depending on experience) including Variable (9% related to KPIs & goals achievement + 6% related to Balance and Positive Impact: health, wellness, insurance….) + Training Plan + 34 free days per annum (including vacation and local bank holidays as you determine) Conditions.
