Position: Project Manager
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee the 2-year research project titled: "Evaluation of the Impact on Emotional Well-Being and Mental Health of Unaccompanied Youth on the Move Through a Psychosocial Intervention Model in Interdisciplinary Teams in Barcelona."
Education and Qualifications:
Required:
Degree in Psychology
Master’s Degree in General Health Psychology
Complementary training in migration and transculturality
Fluency in Catalan, Spanish, and English
Desired:
Knowledge of Arabic/French will be considered
Knowledge of the implementation and monitoring of psychosocial initiatives
Experience and Knowledge:
Required:
At least 2 years of experience working with young unaccompanied migrants
Experience within the organization Superacció, where the project will be developed
Knowledge about cultural competence

Main Responsibilities and Duties:
Supervise and coordinate all phases of the project
Ensure the achievement of objectives within the established timelines and budget
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (psychologists, social workers, researchers, etc.)
Draft progress reports and prepare documentation for the dissemination of results
Manage communication with project partners and key stakeholders
Labour Conditions:
Part-time position: 20h/week
Starting date: January 2025
Gross annual salary: (Remuneration will depend on experience and skills. Salary ranges are consistent with our Collective Agreement pay scale)
Contract: Open-ended contract linked to the project
