That’s what we are expecting of you

  • Previous work experience as a Sales Technician or Project Manager in industry or a related field is essential.
  • In addition to native Spanish, work proficiency in spoken and written English is required, while proficiency in an additional European language is considered a plus.
  • A solid understanding of multiple machine types used in metalworking, woodworking, or related sectors.
  • Familiarity with process optimization and the ability to identify areas for improvement are key requirements.
  • An affinity for IT systems and technology is essential to adapt to the role’s technical demands.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm in stressful situations.

Your tasks will include

Collection and Viewing

  • Supervising and managing on-site pick-up and viewing days to ensure smooth operations.
  • Organizing external service providers, such as those handling pick-ups, cleaning, and scrapping.
  • Handling on-site difficulties and resolving escalations as they arise to ensure efficient workflows.
  • Delivering lots to buyers and creating a positive customer journey.
  • Ensuring on-site safety by supervising protocols and adherence to regulations.
  • Organizing pre- and post-sales processes, including the handling of credits.

Preparation and Cataloging of Content

  • Create and organize the content of lots, prioritizing which items come first and how to group them effectively.
  • Enhancing auctions by adding relevant details, such as engaging titles and specific descriptions like forklift availability.
  • Time spent on activities will be assessed and optimized, with your input shaping marketing and sales strategies.
  • Monitoring the photographing and description of lots will ensure accuracy and establish effective auction dynamics, including estimated values.
  • Supporting logistics during the preparation of lots to contribute to the smooth execution of operations.
