Job Description:

Mission: Lead iHUB digital energy project execution area, ensuring business objectives and customer satisfaction are met. As Senior Project Manager, effectively lead Digital Buildings and Energy projects (energy and power management). Expert knowledge and experience in BMS (Building Management Systems) and energy management projects.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Manage and lead execution of assigned projects, accountable for project profitability and customer satisfaction.
2. Drive all related project management activities and lead the project team towards project goals.
3. Project integration (transfer with tendering, project management plan) and kick off (internal and with customer).
4. Review technical specifications and make decisions on technical comments raised by the customer.
5. Monitor and control project progress to ensure on-time delivery and business profitability.
6. Run regular project reviews and provide best estimates of margin at completion.
7. Take proactive decisions to prevent negative margin deviation.
8. Conduct site visits as needed, especially at critical project stages.
9. Identify and manage risks, opportunities, and issues impacting project performance.
10. Manage change control process as per contract over project scope, schedule, resources, or budget.
11. Mitigate conflicts with customers or suppliers throughout project execution.
12. Manage subcontractors during project execution, negotiating contracts and monitoring delivery time, cost, and quality.
13. Lead proactive customer communication and relationship management.
14. Manage project closure, transfer to Services, and capture lessons learned.

As PM Expert: Support PMs in driving digital buildings and energy projects, acting as a mentor and functional leader. Lead escalations for critical issues. Support PM team manager to manage workload and analyze competency gaps for current and future projects. Report finance KPIs and act as a contact for country and regional business units. Collaborate with other experts and business units, sharing knowledge and developing initiatives to create new value propositions or simplify operations.

Knowledge and Experience:

1. Technical Engineer or Bachelor of Engineering.
2. 5 years of Project Management experience for Digital Buildings and Energy Management projects.
3. Experience in engineering and execution of Building Management Systems projects.
4. Knowledge of Schneider Electric buildings solutions (EBO, PME, EPO, Automation server, etc.).
5. Experience in Data Centers projects.
6. Knowledge in execution of LV electrical installations and dimensioning of electrical networks (TRF, cables, Inverters, etc.).
7. Knowledge in SCADA and PLC systems applied to Electrical Automation.
8. Experience in Energy Efficiency projects.
9. PMI Certification is valuable.
