Project Manager (12 month Contract)

I´m looking for a Project Manager expert in DTX (CONTRACTOR) in Barcelona, Spain.

Task & Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Responsible for the successful planning, execution, monitoring, transfer to Service Owner/Service Manager, and closing of DTX projects.
• Scope, Timeline, and Budget: Ensure that the project is completed within the defined scope, timeline, and budget while meeting quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
• Team Leadership: Lead a project team, coordinate resources, and communicate with stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Execution: Define objectives, scope, deliverables, and develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and risk management strategies.
• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate teams, assigning tasks, fostering collaboration, and ensuring accountability.
• Stakeholder Management: Identify stakeholders, establish communication channels, manage expectations, and address concerns effectively.
• Resource Management: Optimize resource allocation, coordinate with Solution Design managers, and resolve conflicts to support project progress.
• Performance Monitoring: Track project performance and costs, report progress, and implement corrective actions to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Risk Management: Identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring proactive measures are in place.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with quality standards, facilitate User Acceptance Tests, and oversee deliverable transfers.
• Project Closure: Deliver closure reports analyzing results, deviations, and lessons learned to improve future project execution.
