Project Manager

BEPC Inc. provides Specialized Engineering Solutions and IT Project Management services to Fortune 500 companies in the Life Science and Technology industries. BEPC Mexico, a division of BEPC Incorporated, provides and manages consulting services for Automotive and Medical device companies throughout Mexico and around the globe.

The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating and overseeing project management activities within the organization. Their main objective is to ensure projects are executed efficiently, deadlines are met, and established goals are achieved. Below are the key responsibilities and skills for this role:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Time Organization and Planning:
   Demonstrate strong time organization and planning skills.
   Coordinate and schedule meetings, track milestones, and deliverables.
2. Effective Communication:
   Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all stakeholders, including executives and project teams.
   Facilitate communication among team members and ensure smooth information flow.
3. Leadership and Teamwork:
   Lead and motivate teams.
   Foster collaboration and teamwork among project members.
4. Adaptability:
   Be flexible and able to adapt to changes in projects and priorities.
   Identify improvement opportunities and adjust processes as needed.
5. Project Tracking Experience:
   Preferably have experience in tracking and controlling project activities.
   Monitor project progress, risks, and issues.
6. Intermediate Excel Skills:
   Use Excel for reporting, analysis, and managing project-related data.
7. PowerPoint Presentation Development:
   Create effective presentations to communicate updates, reports, and strategies.
8. Working Under Pressure:
   Handle high-pressure situations and meet established deadlines.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Engineering Degree
• 4 - 6 years of experience as a PM in Manufacturing Industry/Medical Industry
• Good presentation skills before groups/clients.
• Advanced knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Power Point, etc.), Power BI, dashboards.
• Advanced English level (reading and writing) with intermediate conversation skills.
• Availability to travel
• 100% Remote position
