Project Manager

ABOUT TEAMWILL

Its more than 700 consultants and experts in 11 countries support clients in re-engineering their Front to Back Office processes and integrate leading software vendors' solutions in distribution, concession, credit management, collections, risk management, compliance, accounting, leasing and renting. Our customers are asset finance companies or major financial institutions and automotive organizations across Europe and Africa. We support them before, during and after software implementation projects, mainly for solutions from vendors such as ALFA, Linedata (EKIP), MILES and Cassiopae.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Project Coordination
• Act as the primary point of contact between local business experts and global product owners.
• Define clear project goals, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with stakeholders.
• Track and manage project progress, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met.
• Stakeholder Management
• Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders, addressing any risks, issues, and challenges.
• Oversee sprint planning and ensure continuous delivery processes meet local and global requirements.
• Support teams in testing, validating, and providing feedback at the end of each sprint cycle.
• Roadmap Development
• Develop and maintain a consolidated project roadmap for all products and features, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Coordinate end-to-end testing and validate that all components of the platform work together seamlessly.
• Leadership & Guidance
• Provide guidance and mentorship to business experts (Local Champions) to help them manage their tasks, deliverables, and timelines.
• Resolve conflicts, manage risks, and make key decisions to ensure successful project completion.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Spanish: Native or near-native level (required)
• English: C1 level or equivalent (required)
• Experience & Skills
• Financial Services project experience is mandatory and experience in asset Finance would be a plus.
• Proven experience in Project Management (5+ years), preferably in agile environments.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams across multiple regions is highly valued.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Location & Availability
• Must be available to work on-site in Madrid during the initial months.
• After the probation/validation period, a hybrid work model (up to 2 days/week remote) will be available.
• Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Project Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) are a plus.
