Job Description :
Manages, oversees and controls the project(s) from receiving to delivery. Receives projects from Clients.
Ensures proper preparation of materials. Maintains control of all files and other work products according to company standards.
Ensures delivery of project files and billing details to the PTS, Client FTP and/or email.
Project Creation & Preparation (PTS):
Manages Client e-mails and establishes complete project specification sheets for each deliverable project.
Attaches all relevant production updates/instructions.
Project coordination with Team leaders and specification review to ensure completeness of specifications on daily arrivals.
Specs review of ongoing projects.
Planning:
Daily meetings to ensure proper project coordination.
Customer Relations Management:
Quality Reporting:
