Project Lead Engineer for Battery Storage and Microgrid Systems

We are looking for a Project Lead Engineer who will join our Grid Automation Business Unit.

As Project Lead Engineer, you will drive the project engineering, reporting to the Engineering Manager and working in a team with the Project Manager.

Your Responsibilities:

1. Execution of Battery Storage (BESS) and Microgrid projects, leading all the technical activities and coordinating the project team.
2. Proactively seek and implement improvements in the execution process.
3. Live the values of safety and integrity.
4. Be part of a team and act as a team player.
5. Support the bid & proposal team.

Requirements:

1. Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
2. At least 5 years of professional experience.
3. Fluency in both spoken & written English is required.
4. Fluency in both spoken & written Spanish, Italian, or German is not a must but considered a plus.
5. Good knowledge of power systems, LV, MV, and HV electrical equipment, switchgears, and generation equipment is required.
6. Knowledge of Microgrid systems, battery storage, and renewable generation is considered a plus.
7. Good knowledge of MS Office tools is required.
8. Flexibility to travel (occasionally) is required.
