Missions :
In the context of strong growth and international expansion, we are creating a Business Unit dedicated to our mobile device protection service offering and are seeking a Business Unit Manager to lead and develop it on a global scale.
As a true "intra-entrepreneur", you will drive business development and optimize profitability with the support of cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Partnerships, and Technical.
As a Cybersecurity Business Unit Manager, you will be responsible for :
International Business Development :
- Implementing a dynamic sales strategy to acquire new customer accounts.
- Analyzing market needs and adapting the offering to meet customer expectations.
- Responding to tenders.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with strategic clients.
- Participating in conferences and events to promote the company and its solutions.
Building and Managing a Partner Network :
- Leading and developing commercial activities to maximize indirect sales and expand the company’s presence in new markets.
- Participating in partner recruitment.
- Assisting in partner training and providing support to help them sell our solutions effectively.
- Contributing to the development of co-marketing and co-sales programs with partners to stimulate demand.
Managing the Business Unit :
- Monitoring the performance of the business unit, analyzing results, and adjusting strategies according to defined KPIs.
- Collaborating with R&D, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure the effective implementation of solutions and alignment with market needs.
- Over time, managing the budget and resources allocated to the business unit.
Profile :
Education : Master's degree (Bac +5) in Engineering (or equivalent experience)
Experience : A successful track record of 5 to 10 years in business development, preferably in cybersecurity, software, or technology sectors.
Sales Skills :
- Expertise in complex sales and long sales cycles.
- Significant experience in managing international partnerships and developing distribution channels.
- Ability to understand customer needs and propose tailored technical solutions.
- Strong results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales objectives.
Management Skills :
- Ability to lead a team and manage activities with clear objectives.
- Leadership, autonomy, and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Performance and priority management in a dynamic environment.
Languages : Fluent in both English and French, both written and spoken; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
Other : Willingness to travel internationally regularly.
