Tareas
Key Responsibilities:
As Program Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping and running programs that fuel innovation and growth in the AgrifoodTech sector. Your leadership will be crucial in crafting strategies, supporting startups, and building strong collaborations with industry leaders. From identifying promising startups to guiding them through customized acceleration journeys, you’ll oversee every detail to ensure impactful results.
Your role will focus on :
Selection and Evaluation
- Develop strategies to attract high-quality startups, working closely with the marketing and ecosystem teams.
- Build strong relationships with potential startups, fostering connections and encouraging program participation.
- Lead the selection process, conducting research, interviews, and participating in decision-making meetings.
- Serve as the main contact for selected startups, supporting their entry into the program and guiding investment negotiations.
- Act as the liaison between startups, the program, and the investment fund during selection and investment phases.
Program Management
- Design tailored roadmaps for each startup, aligning their goals with the program’s objectives and leadership vision.
- Manage the program schedule and cohort calendar, ensuring timely execution of activities and milestones.
- Lead group and one-on-one coaching sessions, offering strategic insights to help startups achieve their goals.
- Coordinate startup requests, assigning them to the right team members and ensuring timely delivery (e.g., contacts, materials, financial models).
- Plan and oversee workshops, events, and mentoring sessions with industry experts, investors, and corporate partners.
- Facilitate partnerships between startups and corporations, creating opportunities for pilots and proofs of concept.
- Continue supporting startups after the program, focusing on investment readiness and long-term growth.
- Organize demo days and connect startups with potential investors and strategic partners.
- Guide startups through the investment process in close collaboration with the Managing Partner.
- Work with the marketing and ecosystem teams to showcase startups at events and in the media.
- Create detailed reports and analyses on program results for stakeholders.
Partnership and Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate corporate partners’ involvement, including mentoring, event participation, and pilot generation.
- Maintain regular communication with partners and stakeholders, providing updates and fostering engagement with startups.
Who You Are:
- Experienced in startup ecosystems, with at least 5 years in program management, innovation, or entrepreneurship.
- Knowledgeable in AgrifoodTech trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- A confident communicator and relationship builder, skilled at engaging diverse stakeholders.
- Organized and proactive, able to manage multiple priorities and deliver results.
- Committed to empowering startups and fostering innovation in the food industry.
