We are seeking a Junior Industrial Engineer or an Electronics Engineer. Join our small yet innovative tech company as an R&D Engineer in Barcelona, where you’ll take on a variety of tasks, from theoretical design to hands-on prototyping and testing. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to work closely with a tight-knit team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively participate in all phases of technological projects, from design to implementation and validation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to propose efficient and innovative technical solutions.
• Conduct hands-on tasks in the lab, including prototyping, experimental testing, and system tuning.
• Provide support to the commercial and production departments when needed, ensuring technical accuracy and smooth collaboration across teams.
• Design and optimize electronic systems using advanced CAD tools and simulation software.
• Ensure that technical and quality requirements are met at every stage of the project.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering / Electronics Engineering (strongly preferred) or similar.
• Having a strong interest in electronics is essential.
• High proficiency in Catalan, Spanish, and English, both spoken and written.
• Experience with advanced CAD tools, simulation software, and database management.
• Strong laboratory skills, including prototype development and experimental testing.
• Experience in a similar role will be highly valued.
• Flexibility to handle diverse tasks, including hands-on work in a small team environment.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
