Key Responsibilities

  1. Consultation: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored Check Point solutions.
  2. Solution Design: Create effective security solutions aligned with industry best practices and client objectives.
  3. Implementation: Lead seamless deployments of Check Point solutions, both remotely and on-site.
  4. Training: Conduct comprehensive training sessions for clients and their teams.
  5. Technical Support: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
  6. Customer Advocacy: Build strong client relationships and provide prompt support.
  7. Documentation: Maintain detailed project records and documentation.
  8. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on Cyber Security trends and Check Point products.
  9. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure client success.
  10. Regional Travel: Travel regionally as needed to serve clients effectively.

Qualifications

  1. Thorough hands-on knowledge of Check Point products.
  2. 8+ years of experience with IP based networks, network design, and security products.
  3. Strong knowledge of TCP / IP and cyber security concepts.
  4. Solid understanding of network infrastructure (routing, switching, load balancing) and security products (firewall, VPN, IPS, Anti-Virus, Application Control).
  5. Good Linux command line knowledge preferred.
  6. Experience with VSX, MDSM and Scalable Platforms preferred.
  7. Customer oriented and post-sales experience with direct face-to-face service.
  8. Ability to quickly understand technical concepts and adapt to changes.
  9. Translate difficult technical concepts to understandable format for non-technical persons.
  10. Ability to work independently.
  11. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
