PRODUCTION
Coordinate within the area of the factory to achieve the objectives established by the Operations according to the approved budget.
Participate in the coordination of all the available productive resources in the factory.
Collaborate in the development of new products during the design phase (product design, regulations, tests, prototypes, final approval, etc.) according to the internal criteria and following customer specification.
Supervise the work of your team, providing the necessary instructions for correction of possible deviations.
Define, follow and analyze the KPIs with the Industrial Director: scrap, 2nd choice products, productivity, process capacity and product portfolio… acting in order to achieve a continuous improvement of results.
In collaboration with the Industrial Manager, design and implement process alerts that allow us to know deviations in production and set appropriate corrective measures.
Control and supervise the operational functions of the machines and improve tooling.
Ensure a positive working environment in the Factory.

Communicate to your superiors any situation that could be considered a risk for the environment as soon as you become aware of it.
Suggest appropriate measures in your job position to improve environmental procedures.

Skills & Background
Education Requirement: Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience & Knowledge Requirements: First experience in operations/production environment within the industry, having worked already in the Construction & panels business being a strong advantage.
Experience in process analytics and optimization.
High understanding of production processes.
