POSITION DETAILS:

LOCATION: Remote, in Spain

DEPARTMENT: Training & Development

REPORTS TO: Training Manager

Broadvoice is looking for a Product Trainer to join our team. You'll play a vital role in connecting our customers to Broadvoice products and services. Whether you're helping new customers make a smooth conversion to the Broadvoice software or supporting existing customers with ongoing product training, you'll create brilliant experiences that empower customers with the tools to be successful. YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:

  1. Serve as a brand ambassador for Broadvoice by knowing our products in and out, living our core values, and delivering a positive customer experience.
  2. Work with Service Delivery and Sales teams to understand the training needs of customers and partners.
  3. Assist the training team in developing materials such as slide decks, videos, interactive content, print materials, and setup demo accounts.
  4. Effectively translate Broadvoice's customer education curriculum into structured, interactive learning experiences.
  5. Track training milestones, activity, and customer feedback in the Salesforce CRM.
  6. Leverage insights from customer and employee training to inform Product, Business Support, Customer Experience, and Service Delivery teams and identify gaps in education curriculum and training materials.
  7. Stay abreast of new trends and tools for training effectiveness.
  8. Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:

  1. Must be proficient in Spanish and English (C1 level).
  2. You are self-motivated, technically proficient, intellectually curious, and have the patience and passion to guide others as they get up to speed and become Broadvoice platform champions.
  3. 2+ years of relevant work experience in customer-facing roles (training, facilitating).
  4. B2B SaaS and enterprise software training experience preferred.
  5. Coachable and open to feedback, both internally and on the fly, from your audience.
  6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate complex technical information to a broad audience.
  7. Knowledge of adult learning principles.
  8. Experience using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  9. Proficiency with virtual training/conference tools such as Zoom.
  10. Flexibility to work different shifts to accommodate customers across multiple time zones.
  11. Experience with Salesforce, Learning Management Systems, and e-learning authoring tools (a plus!).
