WHAT YOU WILL DO IN YOUR JOB

Support the national commercial network of SPB in marketing Santander Alternative Investments solutions. In recent years, alternative products have become part of the portfolios of private banking clients, requiring visits to private banking offices, training bankers, and supporting them in client visits.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Support Santander Private Banking bankers in training on Alternative Investments.
  2. Assist SPB offices and the commercial network in attracting clients interested in Alternatives, either in-person or via telematics.
  3. Develop clients to offer tailored solutions and a comprehensive value proposition.
  4. Coordinate with various areas of the Group (SPB, SAM, etc.) to increase the bank's cross-selling and maximize returns with each client/business opportunity.
  5. Foster client loyalty through continuous support and presentation of new business opportunities.
  6. Support in investment tracking and post-sale.
  7. Provide updates on new and existing investments.
  8. Conduct meetings/events with clients and Group offices to promote knowledge/capture of this type of investments.
  9. Identify business opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, International Business, Engineering, or Law. Strong knowledge of Markets. Preferably familiar with Alternative Investments.
  2. Individual with strong market knowledge, with a clear results orientation.
  3. Experience in high-performance teams, flexible and with a high level of task execution. Experience in managing and achieving profit and loss accounts.
