Join Our Team as a Product Safety Engineer - HVAC Europe

Are you ready to make a difference in product safety across Europe? We are seeking a Product Safety Engineer to lead impactful field remediation projects within our HVAC division. Based across three key sites—Montilla (Spain), Montluel, and Culoz (France)—you'll play a vital role in ensuring our products meet the highest safety standards while collaborating with a diverse and talented team.

What You’ll Do

As a key member of the Product Safety Team, you will:

  1. Lead and coordinate field remediation projects related to the PASS (Product and Service Safety) process.
  2. Supervise cross-functional activities, including R&D, Customer Quality, Service, and other support teams.
  3. Drive root cause investigations and validate corrective actions.
  4. Manage risk assessments and consolidate critical information.
  5. Ensure timely execution of remediation campaigns while addressing roadblocks and delays.

What We’re Looking For

To excel in this role, you’ll need:

  1. A degree in electrical, mechanical, or energy engineering.
  2. 2–5 years of experience in project management or customer quality support.
  3. Proficiency in problem-solving techniques (e.g., 8D, RRCA, Fishbone, RedX).
  4. Fluency in English (B2 level minimum) and familiarity with MS Office tools.
  5. Strong communication and organizational skills.

Bonus Points For:

  1. Experience in a multinational industrial environment.
  2. Fluency in Spanish and/or French (B2 level minimum).
