Commercial Client Solutions (CCS) is the global business area of BBVA responsible for the end-to-end business for companies, including customer experience and financial results in their respective segments, as well as the implementation of global initiatives at the local level.

Within CCS, the Solutions Development team is responsible for leading projects for the development of global solutions for the Segment. As a member of the Solutions Development team, the selected person may be assigned to any project in the Area based on the strategic priority set by the SDA (reviewable quarterly), taking into account their skills and background when making their assignment, as well as their preferences whenever possible.

Within CCS, the Channels and Processes Unit seeks to provide a relational, reliable, agile, and omnichannel experience to clients and partners through digital channels, as well as ensure simple, traceable, transversal, and digital processes.

The initial assignment will be within the Global Channels program, which aims to develop optimal relational channels for our clients to leverage BBVA's diverse geographical presence. This will include deepening the transformation of existing channels supporting the Pivot brand as well as the BBVA Agent product for syndicated loans.

Responsibilities:

• Support in leading global developments.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and geographies: gathering needs, prioritization, and responsibility for subsequent deployment.
• Execute the ongoing project, detailing specific needs to technical teams and monitoring compliance with deliveries and deadlines.
• Define and monitor business KPIs.
• The candidate will develop the role of Product Owner to work with the rest of the business team in transforming the electronic channel of Pivot Net into a unique relational channel.

About you:

We are looking for an enthusiastic person eager to improve BBVA, with drive, initiative, and a strong ability to work in a team. Strong communication and consensus-building skills are essential to work in a multidisciplinary environment in contact with geographies and global areas.

Qualifications:

• Higher education degree, preferably in Business Administration or Engineering.
• 3-5 years of previous experience in similar roles.
• English: minimum B2.
• Valuable knowledge of corporate electronic banking.
• Valuable experience in project management using Agile methodologies.
• Valuable experience in liaising with geographies.
• Valuable knowledge of the Pivot ecosystem.
• Valuable knowledge of syndicated loans.
• Valuable knowledge of the BBVA Empresas ecosystem (Gema, Senda).
