Job Overview
As a Product Marketing Manager, you'll be instrumental in driving the success of our game titles by developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to craft compelling messaging, drive user acquisition, and maximize player engagement. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine your passion for gaming with your expertise in marketing to make a meaningful impact in the gaming industry.
Responsibilities
- Create and execute innovative marketing plans tailored to each game title, incorporating a mix of digital advertising, social media, influencer partnerships, PR campaigns, and other channels.
- Develop clear and compelling messaging that effectively communicates the unique selling points and value propositions of each game to the target audience.
- Utilize data-driven insights and market research to identify target demographics and optimize user acquisition campaigns across various platforms, including mobile, PC, and console.
- Implement strategies to enhance player engagement and retention, such as community engagement initiatives, content updates, events, and loyalty programs.
- Work closely with game development, publishing, PR, community management, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts throughout the product lifecycle.
- Monitor key performance metrics, conduct A/B testing, and analyze campaign effectiveness to optimize marketing strategies and drive continuous improvement.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and stay ahead in the rapidly evolving gaming landscape.
Qualifications/Experience/Competency
- High level of industry experience
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a producer role
- C1 English level is a MUST
- 5+ shipped games on console
- Strong project management skills, especially in Jira
- Top tier communication skills, including the ability to present
- Well-connected within the industry
