Job Overview

As a Product Marketing Manager, you'll be instrumental in driving the success of our game titles by developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to craft compelling messaging, drive user acquisition, and maximize player engagement. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine your passion for gaming with your expertise in marketing to make a meaningful impact in the gaming industry.

Responsibilities

  1. Create and execute innovative marketing plans tailored to each game title, incorporating a mix of digital advertising, social media, influencer partnerships, PR campaigns, and other channels.
  2. Develop clear and compelling messaging that effectively communicates the unique selling points and value propositions of each game to the target audience.
  3. Utilize data-driven insights and market research to identify target demographics and optimize user acquisition campaigns across various platforms, including mobile, PC, and console.
  4. Implement strategies to enhance player engagement and retention, such as community engagement initiatives, content updates, events, and loyalty programs.
  5. Work closely with game development, publishing, PR, community management, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts throughout the product lifecycle.
  6. Monitor key performance metrics, conduct A/B testing, and analyze campaign effectiveness to optimize marketing strategies and drive continuous improvement.
  7. Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and stay ahead in the rapidly evolving gaming landscape.

Qualifications/Experience/Competency

  1. High level of industry experience
  2. 3 to 5 years of experience in a producer role
  3. C1 English level is a MUST
  4. 5+ shipped games on console
  5. Strong project management skills, especially in Jira
  6. Top tier communication skills, including the ability to present
  7. Well-connected within the industry
