Product Manager OS

At Shakers, we're on the lookout for a Product Manager OS to take our Product team to the next level.

1. Team and Role

The OS Squad will be responsible for designing, validating, and integrating a new value layer within Shakers: services that support top freelance talent throughout their careers.

From insurance and financial or tax tools to AI-powered products, this squad will orchestrate everything needed to create a unique experience for the freelancers working with us month after month.

This is not a traditional feature squad. We’re looking for someone with a strong operations, partnerships, integration, and business-oriented mindset. You'll need to negotiate, explore ambiguity, and define how to deliver scalable services through our platform.

You’ll work alongside a Product Designer (already planned) and other profiles that will join depending on the services we decide to activate.

2. What you´ll be doing

Your day-to-day as a Business Developer

1. You’ll design the Freelancer OS: what services to offer, to whom, how to deliver them, and how to integrate them.
2. You’ll map out real needs of the freelancers working with us +20h/month and with a high "Share of Wallet."
   
3. Identify opportunities for in-house or external services (tax advisory, training, insurance, AI, etc.) and define how to connect them to Shakers: from user journey to interface and operations.
4. Work on negotiations and partnerships alongside the operations team, the CPO, or the board.
5. Lead the first MVPs of services, defining pricing, activation, engagement, and experience.
6. Measure impact, satisfaction, and retention to iterate and scale.
7. Coordinate with other squads to ensure the OS services are natively integrated within the product and not just external layers.
8. Report progress, needs, and strategic decisions clearly to the leadership team.

3. What we´re looking for

You´re a great fit if you...

1. Have 4 to 8 years of experience as a Product Manager, focusing on product + operations, services, or business models.
2. Experience working with complex services: subscriptions, third-party integrations, freemium models, or tiered benefits.
3. Strong ability to prioritize value over complexity.
4. High autonomy and structured thinking: this project starts with you.
5. Experience leading cross-functional squads with designers and other non-technical profiles.
6. Experience validating hypotheses and real MVPs, ideally with real data and users.
7. Ability to negotiate or drive external collaborations, coordinate launches, and follow up with ownership.
8. Excellent communication skills (Spanish + English).

Compensation

The salary range for this position is between 40.000€ and 63.250€ OTE (on target earnings) gross annual salary.

The salary consists of:

1. Between 40.000€ & 55.000€ fixed salary
2. Up to 15% (8.250€) quarterly bonus based on performance & potential.
3. Potential stock options depending on product impact.
