We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of relevant work experience in the fund industry with a management company or a fund administrator. A strong background in project management will be considered as an asset.
This role involves launching new funds and share classes, overseeing fund administrators and management companies, accompanying annual fund audits, and performing a variety of other critical functions. The funds in question include Irish domiciled UCITS with traditional assets, as well as Luxembourg domiciled RAIF or UCI Part II – ELTIF with private assets.
Your role
As a Product Manager Investment Ops Associate your main responsibilities will involve:
- Assist in launching new funds and new share classes.
- Accompany the annual fund audit process.
- Perform oversight of the fund administrator and management company.
- Oversee production, review and ensure accuracy of fund factsheets and other fund marketing materials.
- Oversee production, review and ensure accuracy of PRIPS KID, UCITS KIIDs as well as relevant SFDR disclosures.
- Oversee fund budgets and ensure financial accuracy.
- Accompany onboarding of new investors with the transfer agent, as well as connecting new intermediaries like fund distribution platforms (e.g., Allfunds) or others.
Your Skills and Experience
As a Product Manager Investment Ops Associate your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in fund launch, oversight, and project management, ideally with a fund administrator, depositary or a fund management company.
- Strong understanding of relevant fund regulatory regimes in Luxembourg and/or Ireland, in particular UCITS and Luxembourg RAIF or UCI Part II ELTIF funds.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- CFA or CAIA will be considered as an asset.
- Proficiency in English.
- German will be considered as an asset.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
