Product Manager (Crypto Gaming)

The product manager (crypto gaming) will be responsible for defining and executing the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and player expectations. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including design, development, and marketing, to create and deliver innovative gaming solutions. The ideal candidate has a strong background in gaming, a deep understanding of cryptocurrency technologies, and experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Key responsibilities

1. Develop and manage the product roadmap, ensuring strategic alignment with business goals and player needs.
2. Oversee the conceptualization, design, and implementation of new product features to enhance user experience and engagement.
3. Lead agile processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, to ensure efficient product development and delivery.
4. Work closely with development, marketing, and design teams to drive product vision and execution.
5. Leverage data analytics and player insights to inform product decisions and optimize performance.
6. Identify potential risks, address challenges, and ensure product quality throughout the development lifecycle.
7. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications & experience

1. Minimum of 5 years as a product manager in the gaming or technology industry, with a strong understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain technologies.
2. Hands-on experience in the B2C casino or gaming space, including knowledge of game mechanics, bonus systems, and player engagement strategies.
3. Proficiency in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience leading cross-functional teams.
4. Strong ability to interpret data and analytics to drive product decisions and improvements.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and find innovative solutions to challenges.
7. Enthusiasm for gaming and a strong interest in cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.
