The Product Development and Support department at Diagnostic Grifols is seeking a Product Development and Support Specialist to join our team.

Your responsibilities will be:

  1. Tracking the defined strategy for system products, collaborating with Product Managers to drive the established objectives for new products, ensuring that the customer's voice is a key input in decision-making.
  2. Defining requirements for the products to be developed, gathering the needs of all stakeholders.
  3. Testing the instruments and middleware in development to detect errors and propose improvements.
  4. Investigating the scenarios described by Application Technicians who are in contact with the customer. You will resolve and respond to their questions and inquiries.
  5. Preparing and executing usability studies of the developed products.
  6. Designing and writing technical information for Application Technicians and conducting training courses on the portfolio.
  7. Writing user manuals for the developed products.

Who you are:

To successfully perform this job, an individual must be able to carry out the responsibilities satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, education, and/or abilities required.   1. You have a degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology or related field.
  2. You have 3 to 5 years of experience in product development, with knowledge of the pharmaceutical and/or medical device industry being a plus.
  3. Knowledge on donor screening and/or immunohaematology will be a plus.
  4. You have an advanced English level (C1.1).
  5. You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  6. You excel in teamwork and possess excellent communication skills.

Flexible working hours: Monday-Thursday 7-10 am to 4-7 pm and Friday 8 am to 3 pm.
