About us

At 23harmony Studio, we create thoughtful, high-quality designs for founders and teams building the future of tech. We’re small, remote, and boutique by choice - fewer clients, deeper relationships, and designs that truly connect.

About the role

We need a Product Designer who gets it - someone who can jump in and make clean, thoughtful, human-centered designs without overcomplicating things.

Right now, we’re a small team working on cool projects for startups building the future of tech. There’s plenty to do, and we need someone who’s as comfortable designing a seamless app flow as they are throwing some magic into a website.

Tasks

What you’d be doing

(It’s not just Figma, we promise)

Here’s a snapshot of what we’d want help with:

1. Designing web and mobile experiences that feel effortless.
2. Working on cool landing pages, apps, and dashboards for our clients.
3. Owning client projects and helping us improve our client experience.
4. Helping us make our own website look and feel better.
5. Creating clean, scalable components and systems (because messy files are no fun).
6. Occasionally helping with things like icons, illustrations, or small internal projects.

If you can do Webflow or like doing microinteractions, we’ll probably cry tears of joy (but definitely not a dealbreaker).

Requirements

What we’re looking for

We’re not here for a fancy resume. We want someone who:

1. Can balance creativity with structure.
2. Knows Figma like the back of their hand.
3. Loves building systems, solving problems to make things simple.
4. Bonus: You’ve played around with Webflow, animations, or microinteractions before.

What it’s like working with us

We’re small, remote, and ambitious. We work with startups doing cool stuff in tech, so every project feels fresh. You’ll have creative freedom, minimal meetings, and the chance to do some of your best work.

This is a contract-based part-time role (~20–30 hours/week) with potential to scale into something bigger as we grow.
