Guesty is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to join our global team and work from our Barcelona site. The ideal candidate will thrive under pressure and demonstrate exceptional organizational, multitasking, negotiation, and teamwork skills.

As a Procurement Specialist at Guesty, you will be an integral part of the Procurement team, collaborating closely with IT, Finance, Operations, and Legal departments. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the company adheres to budgets while optimizing operational efficiency and profitability.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a purchasing focal point, managing end-to-end procurement processes.
• Drive cost reduction initiatives and enhance contract terms to improve company spending efficiency.
• Handle contract negotiations and procurement agreements, engaging with key stakeholders including Business Owners, Legal, Finance, and Security.
• Provide excellent service and support to relevant departments by facilitating seamless procurement processes.
• Work independently while effectively prioritizing multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Implement and refine the Procurement Platform workflows to improve internal purchasing procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a global indirect procurement role.
• Proven experience in negotiations and handling complex contracts and RFPs.
• Knowledge of the SaaS industry and relevant procurement considerations.
• Strong knowledge of global and domestic purchasing methodologies and procedures.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite and P2P/Intake platforms is a plus.
• Strong data analysis capabilities to support procurement decisions.
• Good business instincts with the ability to assess market conditions and procurement strategies.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to balance immediate and long-term priorities.
• Exceptional multitasking skills with a detail-oriented approach.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Outstanding service orientation and ability to work cross-functionally within the organization.
• Willing to work on hybrid set-up.
