Job Description:
AXA Partners Global Indirect Procurement function has been created end 2018. It has a purpose to:
- Generate sustainable savings on the 240M€ annual spend, by defining the right sourcing strategies and leveraging AXA buying power.
- Manage risk linked to external vendors.
- Simplify processes for AXA Partners stakeholders, by creating a One AXA Partners Procurement framework.
In this context, the Procurement Process and Tools Manager supports the Procurement Transformation by establishing and adopting simple efficient processes and maximizing efficiency of the procurement activities through the right set of tools. The Procurement Process and Tools Manager is a flexible, fast learning, practical professional with strong social and analytical skills, whose role has specific objectives:
- Responsible for the deployment, maintenance and constant improvement of the Procurement tools and associated processes, including:
- Coupa for the P2P process
- ContractIn for contract signature and management
- ProcIn for procurement reporting & dashboarding
- Provigis for vendor compliance
Support buyers and stakeholders to meet business and function goals and constantly work on improving the associated processes (for the P2P process, in conjunction with the Finance Team).Drive dashboarding and reporting activity: procurement dashboard, savings reporting, outsourcing reporting.Support procurement transformation towards more agility: further simplification, improve TTM, Kanban and other experimentations.DIMENSIONS OF ROLE:
- Deploy and maintain procurement tools, dashboards and reports and optimize associated processes.
- Think strategically, challenge the ‘old’ way of doing things, share and embark in a vision and turn it into execution plans.
- Manage risks and control environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Define and implement procurement tools roadmap.
- Build procurement dashboards and reports.
- Act as a key pillar of AXA Partners Procurement team, and champion of agility and simplification.
Your Profile
The Procurement Process and Tools Manager must combine technical and soft skills in a global, multi-cultural and multi-lingual environment.
Technical/ Functional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Relationship management skills - internal and external - in a multicultural environment.
- Influence and convincing skills, especially with procurement, finance, and legal communities.
- Strong collaborative and change management skills.
- Ideally experience in deployment and maintenance of Procurement tools (Coupa, Salesforce).
- Flexibility to adapt fast to changing requirements and priorities.
- Ability to add value through process, and have a “just necessary” approach.
Education, Professional Qualifications and Experience:
- Significant years of professional experience required (8+ years).
- Practical experience in procurement or processes & tools implementation in a Global Environment.
- Basic understanding of financial statements.
- Experience working in a matrix & international environment.
- Excellent English.
