Become part of Roboyo’s growing Process Excellence and Mining team. Analyse, optimize and improve our customers’ processes by using innovative tools (Celonis, Signavio, UiPath) of our best-in-class partners and proven methods and best practices. Work in young and motivated teams and support clients across all industries and regions across Europe in their Process Excellence journey.

Responsibilities

• Working closely with cross-functional teams to improve E2E processes through process mining, analytics & automation.
• Converting IT requirements into business insights, being the translator between IT and business.
• Implementing end-to-end processes with process mining tools like Celonis, Signavio and UiPath, from system connection to data transformation (ETL process) and data modeling, as well as the development of process analyses and optimization.
• Creating non-standard solutions by using new functionalities and application possibilities of the Celonis EMS.
• Identifying improvement potentials and developing strategies to realize these potentials for our customers.
• Being an innovator and competent contact person for our customers on their digital transformation journey.

Qualifications

• Successfully completed studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information-oriented Business Administration / Economics, Mathematics or a comparable degree program.
• Minimum 1 year experience with Celonis.
• Proficiency with SQL (intermediate or strong basic skills).
• Good understanding of process flows in at least one ERP system (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle).
• Good understanding of business processes; O2C, P2P, AR and AP should not be foreign terms.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent analytical skills, well organized, and known for being a quick learner.
• Strong communication skills and enjoy interacting with various customers to understand and interpret business processes.
• Fluency in English.

Skills & experience that are a plus :

• Other programming languages (such as Python, R, Matlab).
• A strong background in Big Data, Data Mining, and Process Mining.
• Working experience in IT-Consulting, Management Consulting, Process Improvement or a similar area.
